DISC Profiling, training and Mentoring

The DISC personality profiling system is the universal language of behaviour. Research has shown that behavioural characteristics can be grouped together in four major groups. All people share these behavioural characteristics in varying degrees of intensity. The acronym DISC stands for the four personality styles represented by the letters D, I , S and C

  • D – dominant, determined
  • I – influential, inspirational
  • S – steady, supportive
  • C – conscientious, correct

Knowledge of the DISC system empowers you to understand yourself, co-workers and teams (also family members and friends!), often in a profound way. Understanding behavioural styles helps you to become a better communicator, minimise or prevent conflict and appreciate the differences in others. Undertake the DISC personality profile testing to understand your preferred behavioural style:

DISC profiling and training for teenagers and young adults

Knowledge of DISC will empower teenagers and young adults to understand themselves, their peers, families and teams of which they are a part. Understanding behavioural styles helps you to become a better communicator, minimise or prevent conflict, appreciate each others differences and bring out the best in yourself and others. How many teenagers and young adults know themselves sufficiently well to understand their key behavioural traits and why they do what they do? Many can feel uncertain, lack confidence and are not aware of the communication tools available to them to maximise their potential. This 4 session training and coaching package offers the following:

  • Full personality profile analysis and one to one feedback
  • Training on each of the personality types to gain an understanding of behavioural styles of others, their strengths, weaknesses, fears and how they like to be communicated with to gain best results

Our team workshops are engaging and interactive, involving team players in a number of exercises to promote learning and maximise the delegates’ motivation to embed their learning within the workplace.  Training is tailored to meet the needs of the business, usually a 1 or 2 day workshop. 1:1 Personal/ Workplace Coaching

We are highly qualified in coaching for performance. We coach individuals to be the best that they can be. Personal and workplace coaching are intrinsically linked. The package usually includes a DISC profile analysis unless already completed.

1:1 Career Coaching

We help people discover their dream career, the type of work they would most love to do and we help them land their dream job, climb the corporate ladder and achieve career and fulfilment on their desired salary. We look at their goals, challenges they are facing, opportunities they might be missing and uncover any hidden problems that may be sabotaging their desired results. We create an action plan to provide clarity and a framework within which to work. We explore the client’s values and beliefs to raise their self-awareness in relation to congruency of career streams.

Typically we offer a FREE initial consultation followed by 6 coaching sessions of between 1 – 2 hours in duration. The package also includes a full DISC profile analysis, report and training session.
